Lakadong turmeric from Meghalaya carries almost three times the curcumin of the common market variety, which is why we can keep it to four percent and still get the work done. Saffron threads are bloomed in warm goat milk before they go into the batch. The bar reads gold in the dish and lathers a soft cream.
